Every time I go grocery shopping I dice/slice/store all my veggies & fruits for the week. When I’m getting ready for work or coming home I don’t have the time or want to spend the the time to cut my vegetables up for which ever meal I’m making.(breakfast/lunch & Dinner.) So I always have a mini menu or idea of what I’m eating for the week so I’m not over prepping. I hate wasting food or having too much left over. I buy what I need. Usually I grab 2-4 recipes to try out of my vegan cook books or recipes bookmarked for the week and set my grocery list from that. Prepping your meals and food saves time and money! Plan ahead with your daily meals & snacks!
