My blog is here for you and me. I'm here to share my weight loss journey and lifestyle changes with you. I'll share my struggles, my inspirations, the daily tips I learn from people and other sources. I'll also share my yummy recipes that I learn from shows and cook books. I'm on a new journey of being a vegan. I'm doing this for health reasons and environmental reasons. I can't wait to share this new adventure with you. Everyone struggles with their weight and our focus seems to be always on what media suggests what we should look like. How about we focus on how we should feel inside.
